Are different theories and diets overwhelming?  I am studying for my Certificate as a Holistic Health Coach and I love every aspect of all the information and hope to be able to share information with you.  When I have received my Certificate in February of 2013, I will have studied over 100 theories and diets.

How do you know what will work for you?  It is important to know and understand how primary foods, careers, relationships, spirituality, bio-individuality and secondary foods affect your health and those of the ones you love.

No one diet works for everyone.  A Nutrition Coach may be able to help you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you.  I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
