It was back in 2012, I met an amazing Lady.  She shared a program she was starting called Trackin’ It Up.  I thought maybe it was just another diet plan, but boy was I wrong.  I learned about food and how to read nutrition labels and learned how to eat healthy.  One thing I must say I really enjoyed and never would have thought to do was journal not just your regular day to day stuff, but FOOD.  This helped me a lot to notice how I felt after I ate, full or not full.  Keeping track like this was great for me. Helped me to see what I was eating and what were my filling foods.  This program was not just about food and healthy eating, but it was also about YOU.  Caring for yourself and writing positive thought and journalling all the good things in your life.  Making you feel good about yourself.  I have IBS and found some foods very hard on my stomach and bowels, my coach found some me lots of information on my IBS and foods that would bother my IBS.  She always had great recipes to share and awesome smoothie recipes for me as well.  I am very grateful to have met my Personal Life Coach… Charlena Robinson with Trackin’ It Up
